Where does Perfumer H ship to?
We currently offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by region, with UK orders typically arriving within 2-3 business days and international orders taking 5-10 business days.
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed bottles within 14 days of delivery. We recommend purchasing a laboratory sample before committing to a full-size bottle.
Are your fragrances natural or synthetic?
Perfumer H utilizes a high percentage of natural raw materials sourced globally, balanced with safe laboratory-created molecules to ensure scent longevity, stability, and ethical sustainability.
Do you offer a refill service for your hand-blown glass bottles?
Yes, sustainability is core to our ethos. We offer a refill service at our London laboratory for all hand-blown glass editions at a reduced price compared to the original purchase.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all Perfumer H products are cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we commission third parties to do so.
