We hope you are delighted with your Perfumer H purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items in their original, sealed packaging.

Carefully pack the unused items in their original glass vessels and boxing, ensuring the protective seal remains intact to qualify for a refund.

Send your package to our London laboratory using a tracked shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection and Refund

Once our team verifies the condition of the fragrance or candle, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
